AKYAPAK USA - Beam Lines - 3ADM

AKYAPAK, as a leader of its sector, shows its technology in steel construction drilling lines and moves it from Turkey to the World. AKYAPAK, created AKDRILL brand in this sector, manufactures CNC drilling machine series with servo motor driven in the name of ADM for steel construction masts.

AKDRILL ADM Drilling Machines provide high quality solutions in manufacturing of steel construction, bridge construction, shipyards and various fields of construction sector. ADM series have the drilling capacity of H, I, and U profiles or angles with 10-40 mm | 3/8-1-9/16” standard diameters or more.

ADM Drilling Lines consist of one, two or three independent spindles. 1 ADM model which has one spindle, has the capacity of drilling the profile from three sides with right angle and by rotating +90/-90 degree. 3ADM model, which has three spindles, has the capacity of drilling the profile from three sides independently, marking and tool changing at the same time. Resetting the equipment to zero and setting to the next drilling position are performed automatically by CNC.

ADM Drilling Lines, manufacturing with first class equipment as Mitsubishi and Siemens, become prominent with quality and reliability with Akyapak’s strong after sales support, as well.

Through 3 independent servo spindle units on 3 ADM model, the profile can be drilled from 3 sides at the same time. There are four tool capacity automatic tool changing system station for each spindle.
 
Beams can be drilled without driving them throughout the beams’ length of 500 mm. | 20” For instance; if the holes’ diameters are 10 mm | 3/8” and the distances between each holes are 40 mm, | 1,57” the spindle is able to drill 12 holes without moving the beam and that means you may save plenty of time within the operation.

And that means very big time saving. Also there is one more advantage of 3ADM system which makes you eligible to make scribing marking on 3 surfaces (Optional). 3-axis marking is also available as an option.

Firstly, material to drill (profile, box profile, angle) is placed on infeed conveyor. The workpiece, being held with handle claw of driving unit, is driven into the drilling machine and the position of the piece is set to zero by laser light.

​Drilled workpiece is driven to the angled bandsaw (optional) with handle claw of driving unit. Sawing can be performed in desired length and angle (-45/+60”). Sawed rolls of material are driven to the output conveyors.

AKYAPAK USA - Beam Lines - 2ADM

All 2ADM systems are the same as 3ADM; except for the additional z axes to x and y axes on 3ADM. On 2ADM, the beam is driven and brought to the next drilling position after single line drilling. However, as for 3ADM, beams can be drilled without driving them throughout the beams’ length of 500 mm. (20”)

Akyapak is on the market with APLG-Akyapak GANTRY Hole Drilling and Oxygen/Plasma Cutting Machine, its new model in CNC hole drilling, marking, cutting lines in Akyapak’s product range, which can only be manufactured only a few manufacturers in the World…

Akyapak raises the bar in terms of productivity in steel construction manufacturing industry with its GANTRY model. The model is able to perform cutting and light milling on plate by moving the bridge in a minimum field when the material is fixed. The bridge moves on GANTRY while the machine table is fixed, and the model has a hole drilling center with 30 HP power, and plasma and oxygen cutting unit. The smallest version has a 6,5 feet width and its length starts from 20 feet, while the largest version has a 13 feet width and its length ranges up to 118 feet.

With this model, Akyapak is environment-friendly, as well. Gases exhausted as a result of plasma and oxygen cutting are collected from the fixed table and filtered, and emitted into the environment as clean gases.

AKYAPAK USA - Base Plate Duplicators - AFD

Advanced solution at steel construction sector once again from AKYAPAK… High speed and high processing performance with AFD up to 1000×1500 mm (40”x60”) materials.

The state of art AFD Flange Drilling Machine is designed for drilling, marking and tapping plates, reflecting more than 50 years of experinces of AKYAPAK.

All movements are made by CNC system. Main body is welded steel construction and stress relieved.

AFD CNC Flange Drilling Machine is able to drill 6 to 80 mm | 1/4” to 3-1/8” thickness within its own working area. Material is driven on the table with balls by fixing it with hydraulic clamping jaws. Material is positioned to the desired coordinates for drilling/marking/tapping by CNC program and then operation starts.

Hardened hydraulic jaws with piston helps to fix material to prevent faults. AFD Flange Drilling Machine is able to drill, tab, mill, mark with scribing and mark with dot.(optional).

AKYAPAK USA - Base Plate Duplicators - APP

For APP 80 model, plate positioning with standard programming is limited to 1000×500 (40”x20”) sized and 100kg (220 lbs) weight part. Manually punching is possible for 1000×500 (40”x20”) sized or 250 kg (550 lbs ) weight plate where the punching area is suitable.

​Optional Features:
  • Marking (with this feature two head punching is possible)
  • Maximum 8 characters can be marked as group. Character sizes are 16x8mm. | 5/8”x5/16”. For marking with more character, plate has to be slide and correct characters must be assembled.
  • Feeding table (table can be manufactured according to customer specific sizes)
